The School of Nursing (SN) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized a training workshop titled "Little First Responder" for children participating in the Kinderuni /Young Professor Program.
This initiative aims to stimulate scientific and creative thinking among participating students and introduce them to the university learning model through a series of interactive lectures.
The workshop covered training on how to call emergency services, perform hands-only CPR, and respond to choking incidents, falls, fractures, or dislocated shoulders or knees.
It also included topics on proper nutrition, personal hygiene, infection prevention practices, and how to handle nosebleeds.
