President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, honored the winners of the university's Nashama Support Poster Design Competition, which was launched to coincide with the Jordan National Football Team's historic participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The competition aimed to strengthen national pride and provide students, alumni, and staff with an opportunity to express their support for the national team through creative poster designs.
During the ceremony, Prof. Al-Halhouli congratulated the participants on their outstanding creativity and excellence, praising the high artistic quality demonstrated in the submitted designs. He emphasized that the university believes creativity and innovation are fundamental pillars in shaping students' personalities and remains committed to fostering a university environment that nurtures talent and encourages excellence.
Prof. Al-Halhouli noted that the competition successfully achieved its objective of reinforcing national belonging. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Prof. Al-Halhouli honored the winners: GJU alumna Ghufran Al-Shawabkeh, who won first place, along with students Ahmad Al-Madhoun, Ibrahim Abu Mallouh, and Hashem Abu Amereh, in recognition of their outstanding creativity in producing designs that embodied national pride and support for the Jordan National Football Team, the "Nashama." He wished them continued success and excellence in their academic and professional journeys.
