The German Jordanian University (GJU) welcomed student delegations from several Military Culture Schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education and Military Culture at the Jordan Armed Forces–Arab Army. The participating schools included Fatima Al-Zahra School, Al-Rumail Secondary School, Martyr King Abdullah School, and Suwaima School. The visits were part of an outreach program aimed at strengthening direct communication with school students and introducing them to the university environment and academic programs, helping them make informed and confident decisions about their future education.
The visits included tours of several university laboratories and educational facilities, where students explored the equipment used for practical training and gained insight into GJU’s applied education approach. They also viewed examples of student projects and applications in technology, innovation, and scientific research.
Students were also introduced to the university’s colleges, academic programs, and study system, which combines academic education with practical training. The program also highlighted the German Year, which provides students with the opportunity to undertake academic and training experiences in Germany and gain practical and cultural experience in an international environment.
These visits reflect GJU’s commitment to expanding its engagement with school students and providing them with opportunities to explore their interests and learn more about their future educational and university pathways.
