German Jordanian University (GJU) welcomed student delegations from several Military Culture Schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education and Military Culture of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, as part of an introductory visits program aimed at strengthening direct communication with school students and familiarizing them with the university environment and available academic majors, helping them make informed and confident decisions about their future education.The visits included students from the following schools: Al-Hussein College Secondary school for Girls, Arab Great Revolt Secondary School for Boys, Martyr Faisal College, Deir Youssef Secondary School for Boys, Jordanian Hamma Secondary School for Boys, Kafr Abil Secondary School for Boys, Prince Ali bin Al Hussein Secondary School for Boys, and Al Jabal Secondary School for Boys.
The university’s specialized team, represented by the Public Relations and Marketing Department, the Admissions and Registration Department, and the Hosted Programs office, with the participation of several faculty members, organized and supervised the visits to ensure a comprehensive introductory experience across the university campus.
The tour included visits to classrooms, laboratories, and various facilities, where students were introduced to the academic programs, admission procedures, and study requirements, in addition to learning about practical training opportunities in Germany, which are considered among the university’s most distinguished advantages through linking theoretical knowledge with practical application within a modern international educational environment.
The visit also featured introductory sessions and open discussions between students and faculty members, during which students’ inquiries were answered and academic guidance was provided to help them shape their future educational paths and better understand university life.
At the conclusion of the visit, the students and supervisors expressed their appreciation for the warm reception and excellent organization, emphasizing the importance of such visits in broadening students’ horizons and enhancing their ability to choose their future majors with awareness and confidence.
