The Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Reiner Finkeldey, at the German Jordanian University (GJU) inaugurated the summer school for students of the German Arabic Language and Culture Program at the intermediate level of the Arabic language.
During the program, the students study the colloquial dialect in the first two weeks and then move to the Standard Arabic program, which continues until the end of the first semester.
The three-week program also includes cultural activities and field visits to familiarize the students with cultural and heritage sites and the history of Jordan.
