The Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) hosted Lynn Malkawi, world Economic Forum Global Shaper in the Amman Hub, and founder of Wasel and Mehnaty, and GJU graduate Eng. Mohamad Abu Hamdeh, owner of Autohub services and Autoscore, to share their success stories in the world of entrepreneurship.
The talk addressed the potential challenges surrounding the world of entrepreneurship, as GJU graduates emphasized the importance of understanding the labor market needs and responding creatively, such as developing distinguished state-of-art solutions, which will help new entrepreneurs establish a footprint in the market.
Dean of (DI-TECH), Dr. Nidal Alshwawreh, praised the students' enthusiasm to understand the process of building a business and encouraged them to engage in the discussion and share their ideas.
Abu Hamdeh expressed the importance of bridging academic education with practical training through the innovative Dual Studies Program at GJU, announcing that Autohub has recently joined the dual studies family, and they are looking forward to hosting the students in the first practical phase in July 2022.
