The German Jordanian University (GJU) and Power I.D. GmbH, Germany, have successfully concluded Phase I of their collaboration, marking an important step in translating their partnership into tangible outcomes.
During Phase I, Power I.D. delivered seven standalone training modules through the Power I.D. Academy, providing GJU students and staff with specialized, industry-oriented training. The phase also included the completion of work on the prototype, bringing together the technical expertise and resources of both partners.
During the recent visit of the Power I.D. team to GJU, the two sides also discussed the launch of Phase II and the next stage of this collaboration.
Phase II is envisioned to take the partnership beyond development and training toward commercialization and broader industry engagement. This will include exploring the establishment of a joint venture to commercialize the outcomes of the collaboration, as well as launching the Power I.D. Academy to the private sector, making its specialized training programs available to a wider professional and industrial audience.
This represents an important transition from knowledge and technology development to commercialization, capacity building, and real-world impact.
The German Jordanian University and Power I.D. look forward to continuing this strong partnership and taking the next steps together.
