The Presidency of the German Jordanian University’s Student German Club met with representatives of the German Dimension to present the Club’s achievements and discuss ways to further enhance the university’s German Dimension. Founded earlier this semester, the Club has grown rapidly and now includes approximately 230 members.

During the meeting, Vice President Prof.Ralf Roßkopf, Director of the German Language Center Ms. Jacqueline Rogler, and Director of the International Affairs Department Ms. Jennifer Gronau commended the students for their enthusiasm and active engagement. They highlighted the Club’s strong potential to increase students’ interest in the German language and wished its members continued success.

The meeting featured a productive exchange of ideas, with several initiatives proposed to support and expand German-related activities at the university. Representatives of the Club were invited to participate in follow-up meetings and to join two university committees. At the request of the students, the meeting was conducted in the German language.

The meeting was attended by Ala’ Al-Turki (Founding President), Jumanah Odeh, Hamzeh Qutaineh, Hala ElKhatib, Rashed Migdadi, Maya Al-Shammari, Laith Sabella, Omar Haj Najib, and Theodore Shomali.
