The School of Computing at the German Jordanian University (GJU) hosted Dr. Jaafar Shahadat on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, for an informative talk about the TechForward Initiative, a program by the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (Int@j).

The TechForward Initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between universities and the private sector by aligning academic graduation projects with real market needs. Through this program, ICT students are connected with companies across various economic sectors to develop graduation projects that provide practical and innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Participating companies benefit from direct access to creative ideas, emerging talent, and technological innovations, while students gain hands-on experience that enhances their employability and industry readiness.
