Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, President of the German-Jordanian University, conducted an official visit to Germany, specifically to the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, aimed at exploring and enhancing cooperation opportunities between the two universities in areas of mutual interest.
During the visit, discussions focused on strengthening research collaboration in hydrogen technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, and joint applied scientific research. An agreement was reached to establish joint laboratories in Jordan and Germany to serve students enrolled in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs, supervised jointly and specializing in mutual areas of interest.
Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli praised the pioneering role of the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt in developing applied technical programs, emphasizing the importance of this partnership in enhancing the quality of education and practical training for students. He reaffirmed the commitment of the German-Jordanian University to expanding international cooperation to achieve academic and research innovation.
The University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt is considered a strategic partner of the German-Jordanian University, particularly through hosted programs such as bachelor's degrees in hydrogen engineering and social work.
