
The Human Resources Department at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized an orientation day for new employees, aiming to integrate them into the work environment and familiarize them with the university’s regulations and policies. The event welcomed 11 new employees from various faculties and departments.
The session was attended by the university’s Vice President, Prof. Malek Al-Sharairi, the Director of Human Resources, Dr. Abdallah Al-Raggad, and staff from the TALENT MANAGEMENT SECTION. It included an overview of the university’s vision and mission, as well as a presentation on employee rights and benefits, regulations for administrative staff and research assistants, and available training and development programs.
Additionally, speakers from HR Department, the Digital Transformation Office, and the Internal Audit and Control Department delivered presentations on the university’s operating systems and guidelines, helping new employees better understand institutional work requirements.
This initiative aligns with the university’s efforts to foster a motivating and stable work environment, ensuring that new employees are well-prepared to perform their duties efficiently in line with the university’s institutional excellence standards.
