The Biomedical Engineering Club, part of the Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), recently organized its first local Medical Debate Conference, titled "Meddebate." The event saw participation from students representing various universities, including Hashemite University, Jordan Science and Technology University, Jadara University, University of Jordan, Balqa Applied University, Aqaba University of Medical Sciences, Ahliyya Amman University, Petra University, Al-Zaytouna University of Jordan, Zarqa University, and Yarmouk University.
The conference featured five distinct panels addressing various health issues: the Ethical Panel, the Future Panel, the Arab Panel, the Women's Panel, and the Oncology Panel.
Concluding the conference, participants received certificates and winners were honored for their exceptional contributions. The event underscored the university's commitment to fostering knowledge and facilitating dialogue among students on crucial health topics.
