Dr. Matthias Schmidt-Rosen the director of  the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW( in Jordan, and his accompanying delegation, visited the German Jordanian University (GJU) in an official visit aimed at strengthening the existing cooperation between the university and the institution as a strategic partner that supports the university's aspirations to develop its infrastructure, academic programs, and support various educational fields.

During the visit, the delegation met with the Vice President of GJU, Prof. Reiner Finkeldey, and the meeting was attended by several directors from various university departments and centers, including the Director of International Affairs Department, the Director of International Projects Office, the Director of the German Language Center, the Head of the Social Work Department, and the Director of EDU-SYRIA Office.

Dr. Matthias expressed his appreciation for GJU's efforts in providing an outstanding model for applied education and international cooperation. He emphasized KfW’s commitment to supporting the university’s projects, particularly those that enhance student opportunities in innovation, technology, and sustainable development.

This meeting is part of enhancing the cooperation between GJU and its strategic partners, further developing its academic programs to contribute to supporting developmental projects and strengthening the university’s role in advancing scientific and professional progress.
