A delegation from Palestine Polytechnic University, headed by a member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Chairman of the University Graduates Union, and Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, Mr. Ahmed Al-Tamimi, visited the German Jordanian University (GJU) and discussed with its President, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-halhouli, ways of cooperation between the two sides in areas of common interest.

During the meeting, in the presence of the President of Palestine Polytechnic University, Dr. Amjad Barham, and Vice President, Engineer. Ayman Sultan; Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed out the importance of the visit to build a participatory relationship between the two universities and deepen the historical relations between the two countries.

Additionally, Dr. Al-Tamimi stated that Palestine Polytechnic University seeks to establish strong relations with distinguished universities like the German Jordanian University to exchange experiences in the fields of study programs and research projects at the level of students and faculty members.

It is noteworthy that a memorandum of understanding was signed, which stipulated cooperation in scientific and academic aspects, vocational training, databases, dual studies, creativity, leadership, and technology transfer. 
The delegation participated in a workshop at the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) on the Dual Studies program.
 
At the end of the visit, the delegation toured some laboratories and facilities inside the campus.
