A delegation from the German University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen visited the German Jordanian University where they met with the president, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, the Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Rainer Rainer Finkeldy, the Director of the Office of International Relations, Jens Hegemann, and the Dean of Scientific Research, Prof. Samer Al-Gharabli.

The purpose of the visit, which included a meeting with the deans and faculty members of School of Applied Medical Sciences, School of Applied Technical Sciences and Business School, and the Deanship of Innovation and technology transfer and leadership, the directors of the German Language Center and the International Affairs Department to strengthen the bonds of cooperation between the two sides and their leaderships in the field of joint projects, scientific research and cultural exchange.

The delegation, represented by Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Michael Lederer, the coordinator of International Affairs, Prof. Rodiger Kukral, the Vice Dean, Pro. Suleiman Sheikh Al-Eid, the head of the International Services Department, Mrs. Analina Kelt, and International Engineering Branch officer, Mrs. Kaby Kinast, also visited tourist attraction in Jordan like Wadi Rum, Petra and the Dead Sea.
