The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, discussed ways of cooperation with the German Federal Employment Agency delegation in employing university graduates and enhancing the concept of technical education.
Both sides discussed preparing GJU graduates with the required skills and expertise to compete strongly in the German and global labor market.
Dr. Al-Halhouli briefed the delegation on the university programs, its aspirations to be an applied international university, a pioneer in education, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and a model for strengthening bridges between Jordan and Germany.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation members toured the university’s facilities and laboratories. The tour included the library, Nano lab, engineering workshops, the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship, and the campus in Jabal Amman.
