In May 2024, Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (HS Koblenz), in collaboration with FH Aachen, hosted the Cooperative Workshop Week. This event brought together experts and participants from various fields to engage in collaborative learning and innovative discussions.
The workshop was led by Dr Omaimah Ali and Arch. Tala Awadallah from GJU, Prof. Martin Zerwas from Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, and Prof. Evelin Rottke from FH Aachen, the workshop focused on Auralization and simulations of acoustics as a sustainable Design requirement, building revitalization, working environment in open-plan office. The workshop provides students with a valuable learning experience. In addition, the workshop discusses the interdisciplinary dialogue and innovative approaches in architecture, design, and construction.
Through practical exercises and discussions, participants explored new perspectives and strategies for sustainable development and effective building revitalization.
