The Board of Trustees of the German Jordanian University decided in its meeting held today, Tuesday, 28/9/2021, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University, Eng. Othman Badir, and upon the recommendation of the University President, Prof. Dr. Alaa Aldeen Al-Halhouli, to approve the holding of wide academic formations as follows:
- Prof. Dr. Malek Alsharairi - Vice President of the University.
- Prof. Dr. Ziad Masoud - Dean of the Deanship of Graduate Studies.
- Prof. Dr. Samer Al-Gharabli - Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research.
- Prof. Dr. Firas Al-Houri - Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
- Prof. Dr. Eyas Khader - Dean of the School of Applied Technical Sciences.
- Dr. Muhannad Atmeh - Acting Dean of the School of Business Administration / Graduate Studies and Acting Dean of the School of Administrative and Logistic Sciences.
- Dr. Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh - Acting Dean of the School of Applied Medical Sciences.
- Dr. Qassem Abdel-Al -Acting Dean of the School of Natural Resources Engineering and Management.
- Dr. Thelal Oweis - Acting Dean of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
The Council also decided to renew Dr. Omar Al-Omari as Acting Dean of the School of Basic Sciences and Humanities.
While Prof. Dr. Salah Al-Salman will continue as Dean of the College of Applied Humanities and Languages, and Dr. Maram Al-Taweel as Acting Dean of the School of Architecture and Built Environment until the expiry of their appointments.
The academic formations will start their work as of the date of the Board of Trustees session, Tuesday 28/9/2021.
