Student Support and Foreign Students
Our Services:
- Issuance of University IDs for all university students (Bachelor program, Master program, Training Courses, Professional Diploma, and Exchange programs as the following:
- Issuance University ID for the first time.
- Replacement for damaged ID.
- Lost or expired ID.
- Issuing car permits / Madaba’s campus and Jabal Amman.
- Available parking in Madaba are A, C and D
- Registration takes place at the beginning of each semester.
- Rental fees for the first semester and the second semester are 100 JDs and 50 JDs for the summer semester.
- The DSA informs the students of the procedures by sending an email at the beginning of each semester to fill out the forms and provide the required papers.
3. The Student Fund aims to meet the financial needs of students through:
- Aid.
- Employing students.
- Honoring students who excelled academically.
- Honoring distinguished students in university activities.

4. Issuance of certificates of good conduct after filling out the form.
5. Health insurance services.
6. Receive financial claims from students and follow up with the insurance company to collect financial refunds.
Supporting Arab and foreign students through:
- Obtain annual residency.
- Renew residency permits for students during their studies.
- Provide visa to enter the Kingdom for students wishing to study at the university.
- Grant students pledges to the Customs Department, to obtain temporary car entry plate.
- Hold periodic meetings for students to identify the problems they encounter during their study.
- Student Clearance.
- Organize meetings with cultural attachés.
- Follow up on students’ acceptance and registration at the university.
- Follow up on students’ academic achievement.
- Help students integrate and adapt to the university environment by organizing programs, sports, and cultural and recreational activities.

Student Affairs
- Receive student complaints of various types.
- Resolve student issues and disputes between students.
- Manage and provide appropriate tools to eliminate obstacles and challenges faced by students.
- Provide awareness and education about important issues such as drug dangers, domestic violence, and traffic accidents.
- Educate and guide students to substitute penalties with community service points before they graduate.
- Follow up on students’ feedback and suggestions.

Health Care
- Provide comprehensive primary health care (preventive and curative) with qualified health personnel.
- Provide all medications that the student may need for simple and common medical conditions.
- Refer cases that need treatment and not available in the clinic to specialist doctors and accredited hospitals to perform the necessary examinations, x-rays, and dispense treatments according to the insurance form.
- Spread health awareness and a culture of disease prevention and healthy behavior.
Health Insurance:
- Each student is given only nine forms during one academic year. An average of three forms per semester.
- For urgent medical situations, students can go to a hospital and receive care by presenting their student ID only.
- If a student receives medical treatment at their own expense, either in-medical network or out-of-medical network, they must submit to the DSA the Medical Report and the Treatment Invoice. The DSA will then follow up with the insurance company to determine if financial compensation is applicable based on the terms of the Student Insurance Contract.

Counseling and Psychological Services Office (CaPS)
- Promote mental well-being among students by offering support services that help them cope with challenges, develop problem-solving skills, and prevent mental health issues.
- Empower students by providing guidance and counseling services that foster psychological growth, social development, and academic success.
- Support students in self-discovery and personal development by offering individual and group counseling, , and educational workshops.
- Protect student’s privacy and confidentiality in a safe and supportive environment where students can openly discuss their personal and academic concerns.
