The German Jordanian University (GJU) President, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, presided over the graduation ceremony for the participants of the Middle Management Course, organized by the University’s Human Resources Department as part of its plan to develop administrative competencies and enhance institutional performance, in line with the University’s strategy to invest in human capital and promote a professional work environment.

During the ceremony, Prof. Al-Halhouli emphasized the University’s commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork and enhancing initiative and responsibility among administrative staff, praising the role of both administrative and academic members in supporting institutional development and achieving the University’s strategic goals.

He also highlighted that the course aims to equip participants with advanced skills in planning and organization, team management, decision-making, and effective communication, contributing to the improvement of administrative services and supporting continuous development across the University’s various departments.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abdullah Al-Raqad, Director of Human Resources, noted that this training program represents an important step in building administrative leadership capable of meeting institutional challenges and instilling a culture of excellence and quality, which positively reflects on both the educational and administrative processes.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, participants were awarded their certificates amid an atmosphere of pride and achievement, with best wishes for their continued success and further accomplishments in their professional careers.
