The German Jordanian University Nursery celebrated the graduation of its ninth cohort of children for the 2024/2025 academic year, in a joyful atmosphere with the broad participation of parents and university staff.
The ceremony featured special performances by the children, including the recitation of short Surahs from the Holy Quran and various songs, showcasing their skill development and growing self-confidence, which brought joy to all attendees.
Mrs. Aya Rayyan, the Director of the Nursery, emphasized in her speech the importance of this educational stage in shaping the child’s personality. She commended the tremendous efforts made by the educational and administrative staff throughout the year, the ongoing support from parents, and the effective collaboration among the Boards of Trustees, the Board of Directors, and the nursery team— all of whom contributed to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
For his part, Dr. Hatef Abuwaar, a member of the Nursery Committee, expressed the committee’s pride in graduating the ninth cohort and highlighted their anticipation for the tenth cohort’s graduation next year. He affirmed that efforts are underway to open the kindergarten stages (KG1, KG2, KG3) with the aim of expanding educational services and providing an inclusive environment that meets children’s needs and supports their holistic development.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of graduation certificates and symbolic gifts to the children, in moments filled with pride and a strong sense of belonging—leaving this occasion as a cherished and lasting memory in the hearts of the children and their families.
