Under the patronage of the Vice President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Malek Alsharairi, twenty-six employees from the procurement department and procurement and receiving committees participated in a course entitled Government Procurements System No. (8) 2022, organized by the Consulting and Training Center (CTC) at GJU.

Dr. Alsharairi indicated the importance of holding such courses to enable workers to perform their professional duties with accuracy and professionalism, noting that training develops the skills and knowledge of the employee, which is reflected in the institution and external communities.

He stressed that the university continues to hold various courses, programs, and workshops through the Consultation and Training Center and the Department of Human resources to achieve its mission to develop and build the capabilities of its employees.

On the other hand, Assistant to the President, Eng. Mohammad Al-Anaswah, pointed out the importance of investing in human capital, especially in the areas of training, acquiring knowledge, skills, experience, and communicating with colleagues and professional trainers to add a practical dimension to a theoretical aspect to reach a deep understanding of regulations and legislation also clarify confusion in articles and paragraphs.

In turn, the Director of CTC, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Arabiyat, added that the center, with the support of the university presidency, pays attention to holding training courses for employees within programs that simulate rapid progress and developments in various fields and within well-studied plans and in coordination with the concerned departments at GJU.
