The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, received a delegation from the Smart College for Modern Education, headed by Dr. Asia Al-Qawasmi, in the presence of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Moreb, and several officials.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of scientific research, blended learning, technological innovation, and the exchange of academic expertise. They emphasized the importance of employing modern technologies and digital transformation to develop the educational process and enhance the quality of higher education.

Prof. Al-Halhouli praised the role of Smart College in supporting technology-based and AI-driven education, expressing GJU’s readiness to strengthen cooperation in academic programs and joint research projects.

For her part, Dr. Al-Qawasmi expressed her appreciation for GJU’s distinguished academic and research standards, noting that the visit represents a step toward a strategic partnership that promotes quality education and innovation.

The delegation concluded their visit with a tour of the university’s facilities and laboratories, where they learned about the equipment and projects that reflect the integration between scientific research and practical application.
