The German Jordanian University has launched the digitally transformed Job Vacancy Applications Flow to provide applicants with a seamless, fully digital, and highly efficient platform to browse and apply for job vacancies. Through the MyGJU Guests portal, candidates can explore open positions, complete applications, submit required documents, and manage submissions. This innovative system enhances transparency, reduces errors, and accelerates the application process, delivering a superior experience for all applicants.
On the administrative side, secretaries submit vacancy announcements through the university portal, deans or directors review and approve them, and HR finalizes postings via the HR portal. This integrated workflow ensures coordinated, efficient, and error-free management of job vacancies, significantly reducing manual work and administrative delays.
The system was developed by the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), directed by Prof. Feras Al-Hawari, to standardize and optimize the entire job vacancy process. President Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli emphasized that this initiative exemplifies the university’s commitment to digital innovation, expressing appreciation for the dedication of all staff involved in implementing this transformative system.
This transformation offers applicants a faster, transparent, and fully digital application experience, while providing the university with an integrated, efficient, and error-minimized process for managing job vacancies, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and digital advancement.
