A delegation of students from Jraynah Secondary School for Girls visited the German Jordanian University (GJU), aiming to learn more about the university and its academic programs, especially the majors offered by the School of Computing (SC) and their requirements.

During the visit, the delegation toured several of the school's laboratories, the university library, and other academic and service facilities. Eng. Dima Al Shihan gave an introductory presentation on the engineering majors offered by the university, the admission procedures, and the practical opportunities that distinguish its academic programs.

This visit comes as part of the university’s strategy to engage with the local community and enhance integration with schools and educational institutions by introducing students to technical and engineering majors that meet the needs of the local and regional labor market.

The delegation was accompanied by Mr. Hayel Alhlalat, Head of the Community Service Section in the Support Services Department (SSD), who emphasized the university's commitment to welcoming school students and introducing them to its distinguished academic environment and practical programs.

At the end of the visit, the school administration expressed its gratitude to the university for the warm welcome and excellent organization, stressing the importance of such visits in broadening students' horizons and helping them choose the most suitable academic and career paths for their future.
