Biography

Dr. Tasneem Alfalah is an Assistant professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration at the German Jordanian University. Dr. Tasneem earned her PhD in Quality Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Jordan in the field of Quality management and earned her BSc from Applied Science Private University in Computer Information system. Dr. Tasneem is a specialized researcher and academic in the fields of Quality Management in which she has more than 16 international publications. Dr Tasneem produced several publications published in international and well-known academic journals indexed at SCOPUS, and her research interest covers Quality management, leadership, QFD, Knowledge management, Quality of Education.

 

Dr. Tasneem is a consultant, expert and trainer in various aspects of Quality Management, Business Agility, communication, service quality, customer satisfaction.  She is also a regional and national trainer in her fields of specialization in many Arab Countries for many years. Dr Tasneem certified Quality Function Deployment Green Built, Business Agility, and TOT.

 

Dr. Tasneem has also participated in many conferences and workshops in the fields of Quality Management as well as other recent business aspects.
