The German Jordanian University (GJU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jordan River Foundation to cooperate in the vocational and technical training and the provision of services to the target groups of both parties.
The MoU signed by the President of GJU, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-halhouli, and the Director General of Jordan River Foundation, Enaam Barrishi, stipulated cooperation in the field of consultancy and partnership to launch and implement various training programs at all levels by holding workshops and cooperating in attracting related projects.
Dr. Al-Halhouli welcomed the Jordan River Foundation as a strategic partner to serve the community and bring the views closer between graduates and the needs of the Jordanian and German markets.
For her part, Barrishi indicated that the Foundation looks forward to this partnership and cooperation with GJU in the field of vocational and technical training to reach qualified and empowered young people with new technical and professional skills required in the labor market.
Furthermore, the delegation visited the carpentry and turning workshops, iron sheet workshops, renewable energy and water lab, in addition to the nano lab and the Deanship of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology Transfer.
